Add additional managers

If in your organisation you manage the CAE among several people or need to designate back-ups during holidays, sick leave or permits, you can add additional managers to the coordination. They act as people copied in the emails received from MySmart OSH and, in addition, have full access to upload and validate documentation.

Additional managers are chosen from among the employees already created on the platform. From the additional manager screen, you cannot create a new employee.

  1. Open the coordination assistant and go to step 2 (Managers).
  2. Click on New additional manager.
  3. In the Search employee field, select the person you want to add from the list.
  4. Configure the manager’s options (email sending and active status, see the following sections).
  5. Click Create and associate to finish.

Once completed, the additional manager will be correctly linked to the coordination.

Check Activate CAE email sending if you want this person to receive the same emails as the external company manager.

The Active checkbox allows you to activate or deactivate the additional responsibility without having to delete it.

It is especially useful for:

  • Activating back-ups only during the holiday periods of the main manager.
  • Covering sick leave or temporary permits.
  • Keeping a person configured in the coordination but without receiving notifications when not necessary.
