Introduction to Health Surveillance

Module Functionality

The Health Surveillance module allows the management and control of:

  • The acceptance and refusal of employees to medical examinations.
  • The summoning of employees to medical examinations.
  • The consultation of the latest data from medical examinations carried out per employee.

Purpose

For your organisation

  • Management of the assignment and control of medical protocols.
  • Management of the acceptance and refusal of employees to summons.
  • Management of the self-registration of workers to appointments.
  • Monitoring of employees’ medical data.
  • Management of medical centres and their schedules.

For the organisation’s staff

Section titled “For the organisation’s staff”
  • Accept or refuse the summons to the medical examination, via email or from Smart OSH.
  • Make an appointment for the medical examination summons, via email or from Smart OSH.
  • Modify the appointment for the medical examination summons, via email or from Smart OSH.

For dealings with third parties

  • Possibility to share the medical schedule of healthcare centres between tenants.

Access to the application

Section titled “Access to the application”

The management of acceptance, refusal, and summoning by the employee can be done in two ways:

  • With a user account from Smart OSH.
  • Directly from the email, without needing Smart OSH login details.
