Introduction to Ergonomic Studies
Module Functionality
Section titled “Module Functionality”The Ergonomic Studies module allows you to digitise the management of ergonomic and psychosocial studies carried out in your organisation, and to include the overall management of risk factors, Non-Conformities / Opportunities, measures and tasks derived.
Additionally, the module is integrable with Ergo/IBV.
Purpose

Section titled “For your organisation”- Repository of the ergonomic and psychosocial studies carried out.
- Inclusion of risk factors, measures and tasks derived in the overall management.
- Synchronization with Ergo/IBV.
- Report of ergonomic and psychosocial studies (those coming from Ergo/IBV).

Access to the application

Module menu

How to register a study: two modes
Section titled “How to register a study: two modes”From SmartOSH you can register ergonomic and psychosocial studies in two different ways:
- Freely: you register the study directly in SmartOSH.
- Synchronized with Ergo/IBV: the study is carried out in Ergo/IBV and transferred to the module.
Each mode has its own workflow, described on the corresponding pages of this section.
