Audits and responsibility configuration

This page groups two procedures of the module: the registration of audits and the configuration of responsibilities that act as recipients of participation notifications.

  1. Go to Management Systems → Audits and click New.
  2. Fill in the general data (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory).
  3. Add the complementary information through the available tabs.

To configure the employees who will receive an email when a new participation is created — and who will act as responsible for its management — follow these steps:

  1. Go to Organisation → Resp. and positions → Responsibilities.
  2. Choose the name of the responsibility you want to configure.
  3. Enter the People tab and click New to add employees.
