How to manage PPE stock

The PPE stock is managed by PPE and size. Each time a PPE item is issued to an employee, the application automatically deducts one unit from the corresponding stock. Therefore, it is essential to register the initial stock before starting to create PPE requirements.

  1. Go to PPE > Configuration > PPE Types and enter the PPE type.
  2. In the PPE Stocks tab, enter one of the sizes of the corresponding PPE.
  3. In the Movements tab, click New.
  4. Select PPE Reception in the Action field.
  5. Fill in the Units field and click Accept.
  6. Click Accept again and then Save.

The Minimum stock field defines the threshold below which the program generates a SmartStatus alert to the purchasing manager to replenish units.

Configure it on the detail screen of the PPE Stock corresponding to each size.
