How to change my password

You can change your Smart OSH access password at any time from your user profile, provided you know your current password.

Procedure

1. Log in to Smart OSH with your current username and password.
2. Go to the user profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select My account.
4. Select Change password.
5. Fill in the fields:
   • Old password
   • New password
   • Confirm password
6. Click Accept.

Tip

The programme automatically changes the password when you click Accept. It is not necessary to restart the session.

Caution

If you do not remember your current password, you will not be able to complete this procedure. In that case, use the password recovery option from the login screen.
