Settings in main type subcontractors
Smart OSH equates the actions available in main subcontracting with those that could already be performed in external subcontracting, avoiding behavioural differences between the two types.
Mark documents as “Not applicable”
Section titled “Mark documents as “Not applicable””When a responsible person or an additional responsible person of a main subcontracting receives the request to upload a document, they now also have the Not applicable button to indicate that the document is not applicable to their case.
Assignment and unassignment of employees
Section titled “Assignment and unassignment of employees”When assigning or unassigning employees from the operations in the Employees tab of an external company, the list in the pop-up now includes the main type subcontracting in which that external company participates, in addition to the coordinations and external subcontracting.
Assignment and unassignment of vehicles / machines
Section titled “Assignment and unassignment of vehicles / machines”The same behaviour applies to the Vehicles / Machines tab of the external company: when assigning or unassigning a vehicle or machine from the operations, the pop-up shows the main type subcontracting in which the external company participates, in addition to the coordinations and external subcontracting.
