Company Management

The Company Management block groups the functions to configure the general data of the company or companies managed by the application: identifying information, health surveillance manager, automatic reminders to workers, corporate logo, and activity report generation.

Companies

Displays the list of companies with their basic data. From here, you can access the specific configuration of each company, the generation of activity reports, and the Health Surveillance (HS) planning report.

Edit company

Allows you to modify the specific configuration of a registered company.

1. In the company list, click the pencil icon of the record to edit. The editing window will open.
2. Modify the necessary data:
   • HS Manager (contact and email).
   • Indicate if automatic reminders are sent to the worker.
   • Company logo that will appear in the generated reports.
3. Click Save to confirm the changes.

View HS Report

Allows you to open the health surveillance planning document associated with the company.

1. In the company list, locate the company record.
2. If the PDF icon appears in the record, click it to open the HS planning document.

Note

The PDF icon only appears if the company has an associated health surveillance planning document. To generate it, see the section HS Planning in the protocols and positions section.

Activity report

Allows you to generate the activity report of a company for a specified period.

1. In the company list, click the book icon of the company record. The report generation window will open.
2. Indicate the From and To dates that will cover the report period.
3. Click the Generate/Regenerate activity report for selected period button.
4. Once the report is generated, the PDF icon will appear next to the button and a new record will be added to the history table of generated reports.

Note

The button allows both generating a new report and regenerating an existing one for the same period.

View activity report

Allows direct access to the latest activity report generated for a company.

1. In the company list, locate the company record.
2. If the PDF icon appears in the HS Rep. column, click it to open the latest generated report.

Note

The PDF icon in the HS Rep. column only appears if at least one activity report has been generated for that company.
