Welcome email

When your client or contractor initiates a business activity coordination with you, the first thing you will receive is a welcome email. This email contains all the essential information to start working on the platform.

It is the first automatic message you receive when you are assigned a coordination or subcontracting in Smart OSH. It includes:

  • The name of the assigned coordination or subcontracting.
  • A direct access to the MySmart OSH platform.
  • A link to the user manual.
  • Your access credentials (username).
  • Access to set or recover your password.

In the Coordination summary section you will find the name of the coordination or subcontracting you have been assigned to (for example, 2026-01 - Service company).

This identifier is important because it allows you to know which coordination you will be working on within the platform.

The Access to MySmart OSH button takes you directly to the application where you can manage your Smart CAE (Business Activity Coordination): upload documentation, validate records and complete everything necessary for the coordination.

The User manual button opens the platform’s reference documentation.

In the Access credentials block you will find the username with which you will log into MySmart OSH to carry out your Smart CAE. It usually corresponds to the company’s CIF/NIF (for example, A68652892).

The Change password button allows you to:

  • Set your password for the first time, if this is your first time accessing the platform.
  • Recover or update your password in case you have forgotten it.

Once you have received the email:

  1. Click Change password to set your access key (if this is your first time).
  2. Access MySmart OSH with your username and the newly created password.
  3. Consult the user manual if you need guidance on how to manage your coordination.
