How to register objectives for Dashboards
The objectives are the reference values used in customised dashboards (for example, a monthly target of 40 units for a specific KPI).
Steps to create an objective
Section titled “Steps to create an objective”- Go to Dashboards > Objectives and click New.
- Fill in the objective fields and click Save. At a minimum, you must fill in the Unit field to save the record.
- From the Values tab, access and complete the information you need.
Detail screen fields
Section titled “Detail screen fields”| Field | Description |

| Code | Free text to identify the objective code. |
| Name | Free text to identify the objective name. |
| Objective type | Selectable field indicating which dashboards the objective applies to: Undefined (default), Accidents, Participations, Organisation (organisational structure and employees) or Questionnaires. |
| Start date | Objective start date. |
| End date | Objective end date. |
| Unit | Selectable field indicating the unit of the objective: Percentage or Units. It is mandatory to save. |
| Active | Checkbox indicating whether the record is active. By default, objectives are created marked as active. |
| Value frequency | Numeric field indicating the frequency of the objective. It must be accompanied by the Interval field. |
| Interval | Selectable field indicating the interval of the frequency: Days, Months or Years. It must be accompanied by the Value frequency field. |
| Constant interval value | Numeric field indicating the constant value of the interval. |
| Description | Free text to include any notes to consider. |
Values tab
Section titled “Values tab”The objective detail screen includes a Values tab where the specific values that the objective will take over time are recorded.
The mandatory fields to complete for each value are:
- Name: identifies the value.
- Value: the amount it represents.
- Date: the date on which that value applies.
