How to share schedules between healthcare centres

In SmartOSH you can carry out medical check-ups with healthcare centres shared between tenants (other companies that also manage their Health Surveillance with Smart OSH).

  • Sharing centre: the healthcare centre that allows its schedules to be used by other centres. It can apply restrictions to the schedules it shares.
  • Client centre: the healthcare centre that uses or “consumes” the schedules of the sharing centre.

The flow consists of two steps:

  1. Configure the centre that shares its schedules.
  2. Configure the client centre that uses the schedules of a sharing centre.

To allow other tenants (client centres) to use your centre’s schedules:

  1. Go to Health Surveillance > Configuration > Healthcare centres and enter the centre.
  2. Open the Share this centre tab.
  3. In Schedules to share click New.
  4. Register the schedules you want to share.
  5. Click Accept and then Save.

To use the healthcare centre schedules of another tenant:

  1. Go to Health Surveillance > Configuration > Healthcare centres and enter the created centre.
  2. Open the Sharing centre tab.
  3. Fill in the following fields with the data provided by the sharing centre:
    • Shared healthcare centre URL.
    • Shared healthcare centre ID.
    • Shared link token.
  4. Click Save.

The sharing centre must provide you with the three fields. They can be found in:

  • URL and Healthcare centre ID: Share this centre tab of the sharing centre.
  • Shared link token: within Share this centre > Schedules to share, in the Shared link token field.
  • From that moment on, calls including that centre can start using the shared schedules.
  • Appointments made in the client centre are also created in the sharing centre.
  • Appointments created in the client centre are displayed in the sharing centre marked with an asterisk.
  • Appointments made in the sharing centre for a client centre are NOT visible in the client’s schedule; they only appear in the Availability agenda as occupied slots.
  • When deleting an appointment in a shared schedule of the client centre, the equivalent appointment in the sharing centre is also deleted.
