New unified access in the CAE welcome email

The CAE welcome email for new users has been simplified, leaving a single access button. With this change, confusion during the first login is reduced, and the system automatically directs the user to the appropriate flow: create/change password or enter My Smart OSH directly.

How it works

1. The new user receives the CAE welcome email with a single button: Access My Smart OSH.
2. When the button is clicked, the system checks if it is a first login.
3. If it is the first login, the user is redirected to the Create/change password screen.
4. If the password had already been set previously:
   1. Access is granted directly to My Smart OSH if there is an active session.
   2. If there is no active session, authentication is requested and then the user is redirected to the Coordinations module.
5. The previous Change password button is no longer shown in the email.

Note

The title of the password screen has also been updated to Create/change password to better reflect both uses.
