Generate reports from the Risks module

  • Risk assessment: basic information on identified and assessed risks, in extended format.
  • Risk assessment (table): same as above, but in table format.
  • Risk assessment by scope: information filtered by scope (site, section, position, activity, etc.).
  • Business activity coordination sheet: risks to consider for business activity coordination.
  • Preventive activity planning (extended and table).
  • Monitoring of preventive activity planning (extended and table).
  • Safety visit: report with basic information from the visit.

In addition to assessment, planning and monitoring reports, you have:

  • Job position sheet (extended and table).
  • Employee risk sheet (extended and table): also includes the receipt of information record that the worker must sign.

Depending on the type of report, you have three options:

  • Generate reports from the Riesgos module.
  • Generate the report from Safety visits.
  • Generate reports from the Organización module.
  • List screen: click Generate report.
  • Detail screen: select Edit and then Generate report.
  • List screen: select the record and click Show in report.
  • Detail screen: select Edit and then Show in report.
  1. Access the Organización module and enter the desired scope screen (for example, Companies).
  2. Select the desired record and click Generate report.
  1. Access the Riesgos or Organización module.
  2. From the list screen, click Generate report.
  3. Choose the scope:
    • From Riesgos: manually specify the scope on the Generate report screen.
    • From Organización: the programme deduces it from the screen.
  4. In the Report template dropdown, select Risk assessment, Risk assessment (table) or Risk assessment by scope.
  5. (Optional) Check Digitally sign the report or Send report via email.
  6. (Optional) In the General report data tab, fill in Title, Code and Description of the report.
  7. (Optional) In the Fieldwork details tab, specify Start date and End date of the assessment.
  8. (Optional) In the Distribution scopes tab, specify the scope to which the report will be distributed.
  9. (Optional) In the Participants tab, indicate the people who participated in the assessment (by clicking New and adding Person and Position).
  10. (Optional) In the Signatures tab, customise the content and management of the signature.

Generate the preventive activity planning or monitoring report

These reports include data from records whose measures have a defined Planned end date.

  1. Access the Riesgos or Organización module.
  2. From the list screen, click Generate report.
  3. Choose the scope as in the risk assessment report.
  4. In Report template select Preventive activity planning (extended or table) or Preventive activity monitoring (extended or table).
  5. (Optional) Check Include higher scopes or Include lower scopes to add higher or lower levels to the selected scope.
  6. (Optional) Define the interval From dateTo date. If no interval is defined, all records with planned end date within the scope will be included.
  7. (Optional) Check Digitally sign the report or Send report via email.
  8. (Optional) Complete the Distribution scopes and Signatures tabs.
  1. Access the Organización module and enter Positions.
  2. Select the desired record or records and click Generate report.
  3. In Report template select Job position sheet or Job position sheet (table).
  4. (Optional) Check Digitally sign the report or Send report via email.
  5. (Optional) Complete the Distribution scopes and Signatures tabs.
  1. Access the Organización module and enter Employees.
  2. Select the desired record or records and click Generate report.
  3. In Report template select Employee risk sheet or Employee risk sheet (table).
  4. (Optional) Check Digitally sign the report or Send report via email.
  5. (Optional) Complete the Distribution scopes and Signatures tabs.
