Mandatory company profile in coordinations

Smart OSH now allows you to enforce the assignment of a company profile when creating coordinations and subcontracting. Enabling this setting prevents CAEs from existing without an informed company profile, which is especially important when using the automatic association of requests by company profile.

How to activate the mandatory company profile

1. Go to Settings > CAE > Configuration.
2. Locate the option Mandatory company profile in CAEs.
3. Check the box and save the changes.

Caution

Once activated, it will not be possible to create or save coordinations or subcontracting without informing the company profile. Make sure your profile catalogue is correctly configured beforehand.

Behaviour when creating a coordination

After activating the setting, when creating a coordination or subcontracting in MySmart OSH the Company profile field becomes mandatory: the system blocks creation if a profile has not been selected.

Tip

Combine this setting with the automatic association of requests by company profile to ensure that each coordination receives the corresponding documentation without manual intervention.
