New CAE welcome email

The CAE welcome email received by external users when a coordination or subcontracting is created has been redesigned to align with the new MySmart OSH CAE: updated image, manuals by language, and links redirected to the portal.

When it is sent

The email is generated automatically when creating a coordination or subcontracting, addressed to the external user who must manage the documentation.

What the new email includes

  • Personalised greeting and reminder of the regulatory framework for coordination of business activities.
  • Coordination data and access: coordination code and username.
  • Direct access buttons to MySmart OSH and Change password.
  • Access to the user manual in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, and English.

Manuals for external companies

From the email, the external user can access the corresponding documentation in their language:
