Risk Module Structure
Module content
Section titled “Module content”From the Risks module you can perform the following actions:
- Risk factors: manage them and associate them with an assessment.
- Measures: manage security measures either standalone or associated with risk factors, non-conformities or improvement opportunities.
- Assessments: create and manage risk assessments.
- Safety visits: manage safety visits by scope and the risk factors and non-conformities detected.
- Risk and measures analysis: dynamically analyse the risks and measures created by scope, status and dates.
Module menu
Section titled “Module menu”The module consists of the following main screens:
- Risks: main menu to access the module screens.
- Risk factors: creation, management and consultation of risk factors.
- Measures: creation, management and consultation of measures.
- Assessments: creation, management and consultation of assessments.
- Safety visits: creation, management and consultation of safety visits.
- Dynamic risk analysis: dynamic analysis of the registered risk factors.
- Measures dashboard: visualisation of measures by scope, status and dates.
- Configuration: modification of the content of configurable fields of each screen and tab.
Screen types
Section titled “Screen types”- Detail screen: screen for creating or consulting a record. Contains mandatory fields, non-mandatory fields and tabs.
- List screen: screen that shows the records created. Also called relation screen.
- Tab: section within a detail screen that allows expanding content, creating new records or linking existing records. Examples: Scope, Measures, Impact, Observers, Attachments, Events, Risk factors, Origins, SmartStatus, Permissions, Planning, Implementation manager, Tasks, Calls, Economic data, Specialties, Non-conformities.
Action types
Section titled “Action types”In the module screens and tabs you will find action icons that allow you to:
- Create a new record.
- Delete a record in list screens.
- Save changes or save and exit.
- Exit without saving.
- Refresh the screen.
- Generate a report.
- Access the record selection list screen.
- Create a record related to the field.
- Duplicate an existing record.
- Clear a field.
- Select a date or a value from a list.
- View help text on hover.
- Access screen settings.
- Download key changes to Excel.
- Delete applied screen settings.
- Export list screen information to PDF or Excel.
- Link or unlink records from a tab.
- Download a PDF or selected documentation.
Field types
Section titled “Field types”- Free text fields: for free input.
- Selection fields: to choose an option from the dropdown.
- Search fields: to search from a list screen.
- Calculated fields: automatically filled in by the program.
Operations
Section titled “Operations”Each main screen has specific operations. To execute an operation, select the record, open Operations and choose the operation you need.

- Add to catalogue.
- Assign to me (observer).
- Copy risk factors.
- Change start date in bulk.
- Change status in bulk.
- Recalculate SmartIndex and impacts.
- Reassign observer.
- Delete observers in bulk.
”Measures” screen
Section titled “”Measures” screen”- Reassign manager.
- Change implementation status in bulk.
- Change dates.
- Change approval status in bulk.
- Change effectiveness verification status in bulk.
- Reassign observer.
- Delete observers in bulk.
- Add to catalogue.
- New measure for ineffective verification.
- Assign to me (observer).
