How to access the module

The Accidents module is accessible from four environments, depending on the user profile:

  • Smart OSH (web): for users with an account and permissions.
  • Anonymous accident/incident notification page: so that anyone can register a notification via a URL.
  • App: for users with an account and enabled mobile access.
  • App viewer: viewing mode within Smart OSH to register notifications.

The administrator user must provide you with: the access link, the username and the password (or a link to set it).

  1. Access Smart OSH and click Forgot my password.
  2. Fill in only one of the two fields: Username or Email address, and click Send data.
  3. If the system has your email, you will receive an immediate email to reset the password.
  4. If after 5 minutes you do not receive the email, contact your manager.

The administrator user must provide you with the accident/incident notification URL.

Obtain the URL from Smart OSH (administrator)

Section titled “Obtain the URL from Smart OSH (administrator)”
  1. Click on Settings (top right corner).
  2. Go to the Anonymous pages tab and select Accident/incident notification URL.

The administrator must provide you with the link, the username and the password (or a link to set it).

  1. On the App login screen, click Forgot your password?.
  2. Fill in only one of the two fields: Username or Email address, and click Send data.
  3. If the system has your email, you will receive an immediate email to reset the password.
  4. If after 5 minutes you do not receive the email, contact your manager.
  1. Access Smart OSH with your username and password.
  2. Enter the App viewer section from the home screen.
  3. Wait for the synchronisation to complete and access the Accidents section.
