How to remove an employee's attendance from a meeting request

When an employee has incorrectly marked attendance in a training session, you can change their status from “Completed” to “In progress”. The procedure depends on the type of session.

In basic sessions, you have two ways to change attendance: from the session or from the course.

  1. Go to Training and information > Training sessions and enter the session.
  2. Open the Attendees tab and enter the record you want to modify (click on the corresponding icon).
  3. Open the Sessions tab and enter the applicable session.
  4. Open the Employees who attended this session tab, select the employees who did not attend, click Unlink and confirm the prompt with Yes.
  5. Click Accept twice.
  1. Go to Training and information > Training sessions and enter the session.
  2. Go to the Settings section, enter Courses and enter the applicable course.
  3. Open the Training needs tab, select the record and click Operations > Reset needs status in bulk.
  4. Confirm the message by clicking Yes.
  5. Click Save.

In advanced sessions, you have three ways to change attendance: from the attendees tab, from the session or from the course.

  1. Go to Training and information > Training sessions and enter the session.
  2. Open the Attendees tab, select the record you want to modify and click Operations > Reset needs status in bulk.
  3. Confirm the prompt by clicking Yes.
  1. Go to Training and information > Training sessions and enter the session.
  2. Open the Sessions tab and enter the applicable session.
  3. Open the Employees who attended this session tab, select the employees who did not attend, click Unlink and confirm the prompt with Yes.

The procedure from the course is the same as for basic sessions: access the course from Settings > Courses, open the Training needs tab, select the record and execute Operations > Reset needs status in bulk.
