Permanent employee termination

When an employee no longer belongs to your organisation (it is not just that they have left an activity at a client), you must permanently deregister their record. This process removes the employee from the system and records the date of deregistration.

Before you can deregister an employee, they must be unassigned from the coordination. That is, they must appear in the table below External company employees not associated with the coordination.

If you have not yet unassigned them, consult the tutorial Unassign employees from a coordination and then return to this process.

  1. Access the coordination editor.
  2. Go to step 3 · Employees of the wizard.
  3. In the table External company employees not associated with the coordination, select the employee (or employees) you want to deregister.
  4. Click Deregister employee.
  5. In the pop-up calendar, select the deregistration date.
  6. Confirm the action.

Once confirmed, the employee will be deregistered in the system.
