How to access Questionnaires

You can access the Questionnaires module from the Mobile App or from the Viewer App (web version). Both access points are independent but allow you to perform the same actions.

How to access via App

To access the App you need:

• A Smartosh user account. The administrator must provide you with the access link, the username, and the link to change the password.
• Have the Smartosh App installed on your device.

Procedure

1. Open the Smartosh App from the access icon.
2. Enter the settings icon, enter the server link and press Apply.
3. Enter your credentials and click Log in.

Server links

The link can be a customised or a generic URL. If you do not have a customised URL, use:

• PRE environment: https://smart.pre.smartosh.com
• PRO environment: https://smart.smartosh.com

How to request a new password

If you need to reset your password:

1. Click Forgot your password? on the login screen. This action will take you to a web page.
2. Enter your username or your email address and click Submit data.

Tip

If Smartosh has your email address, you will receive an immediate email to change your password.

Caution

If you do not receive the email after 5 minutes, contact your administrator.

Note

The password request from the Viewer App is done in the same way.

How to access via Viewer App

To access the Viewer App you need a Smartosh user account. The administrator must provide you with the access link, the username, and the link to change the password.

Procedure

1. Access the application with the provided data.
2. Click on the Viewer App tile.

Return to home

When you are working in another module, you can return to the Viewer App home screen by clicking on the logo located on the left of the screen.

Note

If you have already logged in, the Viewer App opens automatically without needing to re-enter your credentials.
