How to check my data
From the left menu > My data you can consult all the information associated with your profile as a worker. The four main sections (Basic information, Other information, Documentation and My actions) always appear by default, while the rest only show if there is content available.
In this section you will find a tag for each assigned element, ordered alphabetically and showing only records with active assignments.
Job positions
Section titled “Job positions”A tag appears for each job position assigned.
- Top part: job position name + start date in that position.
- Bottom part: name of the organisational structure of the position.
Roles and responsibilities
Section titled “Roles and responsibilities”A tag appears for each assigned role or responsibility. The tags are separated by type:
- Roles (blue colour): appear on the left.
- Responsibilities (orange colour): appear on the right.
Each tag shows the name at the top and the organisational structure that applies at the bottom.
Activities
Section titled “Activities”A tag appears for each assigned activity:
- Top part: name of the activity.
- Bottom part: description of the activity.
Equipment and facilities
Section titled “Equipment and facilities”A tag appears for each piece of equipment or facility related to you:
- Top part: name of the equipment or facility.
- Bottom part: photograph, brand, model and serial number.
Chemical agents
Section titled “Chemical agents”A tag appears for each chemical agent indirectly related to you:
- Top part: name of the chemical agent.
- Bottom part:
- Hazard indications (H/R safety phrases).
- Precautionary advice (P/S safety phrases).
- Image of the pictograms.
