New banner for external CAE

Smart OSH includes a banner for the CAE homepage that allows managers to publish messages, contact details, instructions or notices for contractors and subcontractors. The banner is configured in Smart OSH Classic and is displayed to external users when they enter MySmart OSH.

How to configure the banner

1. Go to Settings > CAE.
2. Locate the Banner for CAE homepage section.
3. Edit the content in the rich text editor. You can include images, links, colours, different font sizes, bold and other styles.
4. Save the changes.

Tip

Take advantage of the rich editor to design an identifying banner: add your logo, the contact details of the CAE manager and relevant notices for operations.

How it is displayed to external users

Contractors and subcontractors will see the banner configured on the MySmart OSH homepage as soon as they log in, alongside the other widgets available for their profile.
