Configure medical examination appointments

The configuration of the texts and options for medical examination calls defines what will appear by default in each new call you create.

  1. Go to Settings > Medical examination calls.
  2. Fill in the information in each tab, bearing in mind that this will be automatically loaded when creating a new call.

Text of the instructions that appear in the email the employee receives when booking a date for the medical examination.

Text displayed on the medical examination calls page, where the employee accepts or declines the medical examination.

Text shown to the employee or the supervisor at the moment of accepting the medical examination call.

Text shown to the employee when declining the call.

Allows you to specify:

  • Subject and body of the call emails.
  • Text displayed on the calls page after booking a date.

Fields that define the behaviour of the calls. See the following section.

Send initial acceptance/decline emails via supervisorSends emails to the employee’s supervisor, if they have one.
Send initial self-booking emails for medical examinationsEnables sending self-booking emails for the examination.
Do not allow self-booking for medical examinationsPrevents the employee from booking themselves. This will be done by the Occupational Health staff.
Send initial self-booking emails for analysesEnables sending self-booking emails for analyses.
Do not allow self-booking for analysesPrevents the employee from booking themselves for analyses. This will be done by the Occupational Health staff.
Reminder advance time (in hours)Hours before the examination or analysis when the reminder email will be sent.
Send email if appointment is marked as “No show”Sends an email to the employee whose appointment is recorded as “No show”.
Send email to employee when booking an appointmentSends an email to the employee at the moment the self-booking is made.
