Ergonomy methods and synchronisation with Ergo/IBV
Section titled “Ergonomy methods and synchronisation with Ergo/IBV”PF-EE011 — Why don’t I see any ergonomy method?
Section titled “PF-EE011 — Why don’t I see any ergonomy method?”If you don’t see any ergonomy method it may be due to two reasons:
- Your organisation records them manually in a customised way and they have not yet been registered.
- The Excel “01 - Base - Basic data ES,CA” has not been updated in Configuration > Data imports.
PF-EE012 — Can I generate an ergonomic study report from Smart OSH?
Section titled “PF-EE012 — Can I generate an ergonomic study report from Smart OSH?”For studies synchronised with Ergo/IBV, from Smart OSH you can only view the report generated by Ergo/IBV; an equivalent report is not generated.
For studies registered freely, you can generate the report directly from Smart OSH (see How to generate the study report).
PF-EE013 — Why can’t I tick the “Synchronised ErgoIBV” checkbox?
Section titled “PF-EE013 — Why can’t I tick the “Synchronised ErgoIBV” checkbox?”This checkbox is ticked automatically when the study is transferred from Ergo/IBV. It cannot be ticked manually from the study detail screen.
