Questionnaire Glossary
This page lists the terms and statuses used by the Cuestionarios module and explains when they are assigned automatically and when manually.
General concepts
Section titled “General concepts”Mobile application that allows access to Smartosh and completion of questionnaires for submission. It is independent from the Visor App, although it allows the same actions.
Visor App
Section titled “Visor App”Access from the Smartosh web page that allows the same actions as the App. Although both accesses are independent, they share functionality.
Questionnaire statuses
Section titled “Questionnaire statuses”Questionnaires move through several statuses. Some are assigned automatically based on user activity; others must be marked manually.
Generated status
Section titled “Generated status”Assigned automatically when a questionnaire is created in Smartosh.
Pending completion status
Section titled “Pending completion status”Assigned automatically when a questionnaire is submitted with a completion rate below 100%.
Completed status
Section titled “Completed status”Assigned automatically when a questionnaire is submitted with a completion rate of 100% and the previous status is Pending completion or Generated.
Sent status
Section titled “Sent status”Marked manually to indicate that the questionnaire has been sent.
Approved status
Section titled “Approved status”Marked manually to indicate that the questionnaire has been approved.
Rejected status
Section titled “Rejected status”Marked manually to indicate that the questionnaire has been rejected.
Closed status
Section titled “Closed status”Marked manually to indicate that the questionnaire has been closed.
