Protocols and workstations

The Medical Management module is the central module of SmartHealth. It concentrates all medical activity: check-ups, vaccination, follow-ups, records, and health registers. Its menu options are:

This page covers the two protocol assignment options.


Allows assigning protocols to the company’s job positions. Positions are read from SmartOSH and displayed on screen.

Upon confirming the assignment, tests, biological analyses, mandatory status, periodicity, and other informative data (medical assessments, incompatibilities, recommended vaccines) associated with the protocol are automatically incorporated.

  1. Select the company (only if there is more than one).
  2. In the list of positions, click the pencil icon of the position to which protocols are to be assigned. The assignment window will open.
  3. Click Assign protocol to position.
  4. Select the protocol or protocols to be assigned.
  5. Click Confirm to assign the protocols to the position.

Allows tailoring the default protocols defined for a position to a specific worker.

  1. Select the position in the list.
  2. In the workers table on the right, select the worker to customise.
  3. Modify the protocols defined by default for the position, adapting them for that worker.

Allows copying protocols assigned to one position to other positions within the same company, avoiding manual assignment one by one.

  1. Click the Copy from this company button. The configuration window will open.
  2. Select the source position from which protocols will be copied.
  3. Select the destination positions to which protocols will be copied.
  4. Click Confirm copy to apply the copy.

Generates the Health Surveillance planning document with the sheet of the selected positions, including protocols, tests, biological analyses, mandatory status, and periodicity.

  1. Click the VS planning button. The generation window will open.
  2. Select the positions to appear in the report.
  3. Click Generate/Regenerate VS planning document.
  4. Once generated, a link will appear under Last generated planning document to view it.

Allows defining specific biological analyses that will be automatically included in positions according to conditions such as the worker’s age or sex.

  1. Click the Conditioned analyses for positions button. The configuration window will open.
  2. Click Add to include a conditioned analysis, indicating the analysis and the age or sex conditions that must be met for it to apply automatically.
  3. Click Update to save changes.

Allows working on the assignment from the inverse perspective: managing for each protocol the positions to which it applies. This is useful when assigning the same protocol to several positions without having to go position by position.

  1. In the protocols list, click the pencil icon of the protocol to configure. The position selection window will open.
  2. Click Assign position to protocol. The window with available company positions will open.
  3. Select the positions to assign to that protocol.
  4. Click Confirm to confirm the selected positions.
