Protocol content

The protocols come preloaded by default in Smart OSH. This page describes their structure: the basic fields of the detail screen and the associated tabs that allow linking medical assessments, tests, vaccines, and other elements.

CodeNumeric identifier of the protocol.
NameFree text with the name of the protocol.
MandatoryCheckbox indicating that the protocol is compulsory.
PeriodicityNumeric value indicating the application frequency of the protocol. Linked to the «Interval» field.
IntervalSelectable with the type accompanying the periodicity. Linked to the «Periodicity» field.
Last modificationExact date of the last modification of the protocol content.
Anamnesis questionnaireSelectable with the anamnesis questionnaire applicable to the protocol.
TagsAllows selecting tags for later filtering.

PositionsAllows viewing the job positions assigned to the protocol.
Specific medical assessmentAllows linking specific medical assessments. The source information is registered from the Occupational Health module.
Complementary testsAllows linking complementary tests. The source information is registered from Occupational Health.
Specific biological analysesAllows viewing specific biological analyses.
Protocol recommendationsAllows linking protocol recommendations. The source information is registered from Occupational Health.
Recommended vaccinesAllows linking recommended vaccines. The source information is registered from Occupational Health.
Incompatibilities / especially sensitiveAllows linking incompatibilities for especially sensitive employees. The source information is registered from Occupational Health.
Risk typesAllows linking risk types. The source information comes from Risks > Configuration > Risk factors > Risk types.

You have two ways to assign a protocol to job positions:

  • From the protocol detail screen: in the Positions tab, execute Operations > Assign protocol to positions.
  • From the position: go to Organisation > Positions > [a position] > Health surveillance > Protocols and link the corresponding protocol.
