Measures Dashboard
The Measures dashboard provides an overview of the status of measures (corrective and preventive actions): how many are open, how many are overdue, how long they take to close, how they are distributed by status, type and origin, and how their opening and closing evolve over time.
You will only see data from the companies, centres, sections and positions to which you have access according to your user profile. Two different people may see different figures on the same dashboard, and this is expected.
Key concepts
Section titled “Key concepts”Before reviewing each element, it is useful to clarify several concepts used throughout the dashboard.
Measure. This is the unit counted in this dashboard. Each measure is counted only once, even if it has several observers or associated tags that could multiply the rows internally.
Open and closed. A measure is considered closed when its status is Closed or Cancelled. The other statuses (Not started, In progress, Pending verification) are considered open.
Overdue. A measure is overdue when its due date has passed and it is still open.
Average duration. Days elapsed between the start date and the completion date. Calculated on measures that are already closed.
Type of measure. According to its origin, the measure is classified as:
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Non-conformity | Originates from a non-conformity. |
| Opportunity | Originates from an improvement opportunity. |
| Observation | Originates from an observation. |
| Risk factor | Originates from a risk factor. |
| Free measure | Does not originate from a non-conformity or a risk factor. |
Origin. Provides more precise detail of the measure’s origin (audit, accident investigation, safety visit, participation, questionnaire, meeting, complaint, survey, ergonomic study, drill, evaluation, etc.), depending on whether it comes from a non-conformity or a risk factor.
Active elements. The charts and tables take into account whether the company, centre, section, position, activity or equipment are still active.
Scope permissions. The dashboard only includes measures from the companies, centres, sections and positions to which you have access.
Chained filters. All filters are applied simultaneously to all charts, cards and tables.
