Can I copy risk factors from one assessment to another?

Yes. Steps:

  1. Go to the Risk factors tab and select the factor you want to copy.
  2. Open Operations > Copy risk factors.
  3. Fill in the information for the new factor and click Next.
  4. On the measures screen: by default, all are copied. Select and delete those you do not want and click Next.
  5. On the tasks screen: same as the previous step.
  6. On the attachments screen: select and delete those you do not want to copy and click Accept.

Which measures are transferred when copying risk factors?

All measures shown on the screen are transferred. If you do not want to copy all, before clicking Next, delete those you do not want to copy.

No. The coding of risk factors is automatic and cannot be modified.

Can I configure the person responsible for new risk factors so that it is always the same person?

Yes. In Smartosh Settings > Risk factors tab you have:

  • Prevention responsible: the Responsible field is automatically filled with the employee holding this position.
  • User who creates the risk factor: the Responsible field is automatically filled with the person who creates the factor.

Why does a risk factor not appear in an assessment?

In risk assessments, factors with the status “Closed” are not shown. This way, the report is managed more efficiently and the documentation is more manageable.

No. It is not possible to recover a deleted risk factor.

How can I print the report of a safety visit?

  1. Go to Risks > Safety visits.
  2. Select the record and click Show in report.
