How to create PPE requirements

A PPE need is the relationship between a type of PPE and an employee: it represents that an employee must receive, inspect, or maintain a specific personal protective equipment. Smart OSH creates these needs automatically based on the relationships between the types of PPE and the scopes or entities of your organisation.

  1. Access the detail screen of Type of PPE.
  2. In the Relationships tab, select one of the types of relationship and click Link.
  3. Select the scopes or entities.
  4. Click Accept and then Save.

You can check the created needs from three places:

  • «PPE Needs» tab on the detail screen of Type of PPE.
  • «PPE Needs» tab on the detail screen of Employee.
  • «PPE Needs» list screen of the module.
