About the settings
Section titled “About the settings”What does the «Activate automatic recalculation of worked hours» checkbox do?
Section titled “What does the «Activate automatic recalculation of worked hours» checkbox do?”If an employee has 2 different job assignments, the system distributes their working hours evenly between them (for example, 20 hours for each assignment).
About accident/incident notifications
Section titled “About accident/incident notifications”What scope is shown in the email when sending a notification?
Section titled “What scope is shown in the email when sending a notification?”The Scope section of the email reflects the scope filled in by the notifier. If completed down to the job position, the four levels will appear: Company, Site, Section, and Position.
Are attached documents and images also sent in the emails?
Section titled “Are attached documents and images also sent in the emails?”No. Documents or images added in the Attachments tab are not included in notification or responsibility emails. Only a link to the document appears.
What is the difference between the mandatory fields of an accident «with sick leave» and one «without sick leave» on the anonymous page?
Section titled “What is the difference between the mandatory fields of an accident «with sick leave» and one «without sick leave» on the anonymous page?”None. The mandatory fields are the same for both types.
What is the difference between the mandatory fields of an accident with/without sick leave and an incident on the anonymous page?
Section titled “What is the difference between the mandatory fields of an accident with/without sick leave and an incident on the anonymous page?”The difference lies in the Affected person field:
- In Accident with sick leave and Accident without sick leave it is mandatory.
- In Incident it is not mandatory.
How does the «Inform to» tab work?
Section titled “How does the «Inform to» tab work?”When creating the notification (by Save in Smart OSH or Send from the anonymous page, App or Viewer app), the program takes from Organisation → Resp. and positions → Responsibilities → Accident/incident notification information the employees assigned to the scope of the generated notification.
How is the «Responsible» tab completed?
Section titled “How is the «Responsible» tab completed?”In the same way as Inform to, but in this case the program takes the employees from Organisation → Resp. and positions → Responsibilities → Accident/incident notification management responsibility.
What happens with the «Affected employee» if I select «Incident» and only choose «Company» in the scope?
Section titled “What happens with the «Affected employee» if I select «Incident» and only choose «Company» in the scope?”The Affected employee field will not show any records to select until the full scope is completed: Company, Site, Section, and Position.
What happens if I enter a future «Send date» in the response to the notifier?
Section titled “What happens if I enter a future «Send date» in the response to the notifier?”The program marks the response as Sent but does not send the email until the indicated date.
What happens if I confirm «Yes» when creating an investigation from a notification?
Section titled “What happens if I confirm «Yes» when creating an investigation from a notification?”If everything is correct, the program shows the message that changes have been saved successfully and takes you directly to the detail screen of the newly created investigation.
About accident reports
Section titled “About accident reports”Can I create a Delta/Conta report for any investigation?
Section titled “Can I create a Delta/Conta report for any investigation?”No. Delta/Conta reports can only be generated for investigations of the type «Accident with sick leave». They do not apply to incidents or accidents without sick leave.
